How much does it cost for a boiler breakdown?

At Nationwide were all about keeping it simple that’s why we offer Fixed Price Repair for £250. Contact us today on 0161 796 5559 if you have you noticed any issues with your boiler.

What if I need new parts? – What if my boiler needs new parts?

This is included in our Fixed Price Repair.

What if I need a new boiler for my home?

If your boiler or central heating system cannot be repaired or is deemed beyond economical repair, we will provide a refund for the repair cost, with the exception of the call out fee.

Nationwide Heating Group will then provide you with a detailed quotation that includes the cost of the boiler, installation, and any additional components or services required.

How much is the boiler service package?

Nationwide Heating Group offers a comprehensive service-only package at a monthly rate of £5. In the event that parts are needed during your annual inspection, charges will apply for the parts, but you won't incur any labour costs if the engineer has the required components readily available as part of his van stock on the day of service.

If you require a one off annual service this will be at a cost of £75 inclusive of VAT plus parts where required.

Can I book a one off service?

Opting for a single boiler service comes at a price of £75, inclusive of VAT, plus any necessary parts.

Alternatively, you can spread the cost over 12 months at a discounted rate of £60 (£5 per month), with additional charges only for any required parts.

What happens if there is a fault recognised when I have my service?

Fault Identification: Our qualified heating technician will assess your boiler during the service and identify any faults or potential issues.

Discussion and Explanation: If a fault is found, your dedicated technician will discuss the problem with you, explaining the nature of the issue and its implications. They may also provide recommendations for necessary repairs.

Quotation for Repairs: You'll receive a quotation on site detailing the cost of repairing the identified fault. This allows you to make an informed decision about proceeding with the repairs.

Approval: If you agree to the proposed repairs, the technician will proceed with fixing the fault. Some issues may be resolved on the spot if the necessary parts are available; otherwise, a follow-up visit may be scheduled.

Completion and Testing: After the repairs are complete, the engineer will test the boiler to ensure that it is functioning correctly and safely.

Documentation: You will receive documentation outlining the repairs carried out and any new parts installed. This is important for your records and may be needed for warranty purposes.
